Usage Fees

Important Notes

  • Rehearsal Time: Reservation of the Church includes rehearsal time on the day of the event. Additional rehearsal days may be reserved for $1,200 per day, with each additional day including up to five hours of rehearsal time. Rehearsals must be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Payment: Upon approval of the application and execution of the rental agreement, a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% balance must be received no later than five business days prior to the event.

  • Valet Parking and Security: For events with 50 or more attendees, valet parking and security services are required and will be arranged at the renter’s expense.

  • Pricing: All rates and fees are subject to change.
