Where in the world is Flat Jesus?

Flat Jesus is inspired by the beloved national school project, Flat Stanley, which is based on the 1964 book by Jeff Brown. Just as Flat Stanley helps build literacy and interest in learning about new people and places, Flat Jesus is a daily reminder that God’s presence is always with us wherever we are on our journey.

Here’s how it works: Pick up your Flat Jesus at church (we'll have copies at the Welcome Table and in the Sunday School hall) or download your own copy to color here. Take pictures of Flat Jesus on great adventures around the world or enjoying everyday activities at home with you and your family all summer long. Share the pictures of your adventures with us by emailing flatJesus@bbts.org or tag us in your social media posts.

This is fun way to remember that Jesus is always with us, wherever we go, whatever we do, and stay connected as a church family as we move through the busy days of summer. It’s also a great way to share God’s love with others when they ask what you’re doing with Flat Jesus!
