Growing with Joy
Dear Friends,
Growing with Joy, our 2026 Annual Campaign, is Bethesda-by-the-Sea’s invitation to reflect on our blessings and think about your financial giving in the context of joy: joy in belonging, joy in giving, joy in deepening your connection to God and to one another. This annual effort is essential to support the church’s ministries, maintaining our historic campus, and setting the budget for the year ahead. By participating, we ensure the continuation of God’s work through Bethesda, building on our mission to love and serve.
The 2025 campaign was a remarkable success, thanks to the dedication of our parishioners. A total of 173 parishioners increased their pledges, and 88 new pledgers joined our community of givers demonstrating the growth that is happening here at Bethesda. These results fortified our financial foundation and empowered us to serve more effectively.
Looking ahead, we aim to increase the number of pledgers to reflect the growth that we see in the pews every Sunday. This growth is vital to sustaining our ministries and enabling Bethesda to expand its impact in the community.
Participating in Growing with Joy is a spiritual act as much as a financial one. Each pledge, no matter the size, is a reflection of gratitude and faith. These contributions maintain the sacred spaces where we gather to worship and grow while extending God’s love beyond our walls. Every gift makes a tangible difference.
As we embark on the 2026 campaign and you have received your pledge card in the mail, let us embrace this opportunity to give with joy. Together, we can sustain Bethesda-by-the-Sea as a beacon of faith and hope for generations to come. May this campaign inspire us to deepen our commitment, ensuring another year of meaningful ministry and service to God’s glory.
As a gentle reminder, please submit your pledge by March 25th to be recognized in our Easter Leaflet. You can make your pledge by going online to bbts.org/pledge, mailing back your pledge card, placing your pledge card in the offering plate on Sunday, or by reaching out to me at myers@bbts.org or 561-928-0337.
