The Men of Bethesda (MOB), a group of men from our congregation, share a monthly fellowship and prayer gathering on the first Monday morning of each month in our Parish Hall. All men of our beloved church are invited and encouraged to attend. Due to personal and professional commitments, the twenty to forty of us on average, have maintained our expectation to end our MOB Meetings by 9:00 a.m. As well, we enjoy occasional evening socializations at our church, homes, and local restaurants with our wives and friends.

The MOB also celebrates Holy Eucharist occasionally, as most of us feel closest to Christ at this time, significant to the meaning of our Bethesda-by-the-Sea church. The MOB is a quenching ministry to provide life-giving water for our spirits. Without water, the human body can't sustain itself for more than a few days. God built us to thirst for a vision beyond ourselves. Our MOB experiences a brief, powerful service, reassuring our men that they can be cleansed and fulfilled, inside and out, through the living water and Resurrection power of Jesus Christ. We recognize our thirsts, and look to our Creator for fulfillment.

So, join us if you so desire. You are welcome. We extend a hand of friendship, with care and compassion to all Men of Bethesda. Venture outside of your circle of comfort, as we have, and we will personally share our inspiration, and life-changing power of our Savior.
